Participants are invited to submit their abstracts in English and they should indicate in which form (Oral presentation or poster) they would like to present. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept on whether a paper will be presented orally or as poster and the authors will be notified accordingly.
All accepted abstracts will be published online in special issue of Phytomedicine
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is May 31, 2017.
An abstract volume will be handed during on-site registration at the conference.
Instructions for oral presentations:
Oral presentations are in English and are limited to 15 min plus 5 min for discussion. Powerpoint presentations should be handed over to the organizer at least 1 h before starting the session. Slide show will be available.
Instructions for poster presentations:
Poster presentations are in English. The poster size is max. 80 cm width and max. 150 cm height (according to DIN A0 format).
Title, author names and affiliation should be indicated at the top of the poster.
The organization of the poster is: abstract, objectives, methods, results and discussion.
The text should be clear, simple and self-explanatory. Although time will be reserved for poster viewing and discussion, the poster should be understandable even in the absence of the author.
All figures and tables should contain headings, labeled axes and legends. Font sizes should be readable at a distance of at least 1 m.
Participants are responsible for mounting posters at the beginning of the poster session and demounting at the end. Material for fixing the posters will be provided by the conference organizer.
